Don't think this qualifies as a roll cloud (because it's flat) but it's cool in any case. It's probably 100km long. Awaiting the 60-80kmh winds (I have my doubts they'll get that high)

To get my blacks like in this piece (it is still available), I use layers of indigo, Prussian blue & Egyptian Violet. Not only does it avoid mud, the layers give a real feeling of depth to something that could easily feel very flat.

Stock from leftover roast chicken bones 12 hours in the pressure cooker. This time I browned the bones & skin in a 200c oven (a tip from Fallow) & added 3 beef marrow bones (my idea which I've done before) Amazing.

Guess I need to update this post from a couple of weeks ago. Is that $70 billion in subsidies? (30 ongoing + 40 for pipeline) So the entire value of o&g to the Canadian economy is given straight back to big oil? Absolutely corrupt behaviour & a climate crime.

Fun fact. Canada's arts & culture gdp is basically the same as oil & gas at about $70 billion.
