Just listened to it, great one! And I sit down for 95% of my arterial cannulations (pretty much like Proz!). Exceptions are the brachial arterial cannulations in the cath lab (tall table and target a bit away if you are sitting) and the very few femoral ones I have to insert.

I like Schrödinger's stomach analogy. The fasting landscape has changed - more obesity, more diabetes, new drugs - the traditional fasting rules aren't as reliable anymore. Gasrtic POCUS needs to become a core skill for all anaesthetists.

That's not to say the Moore films didn't have some great moments - the Union Jack Ski Jump (Spy Who Loved Me), the Corkscrew Car Stunt (Golden Gun), "I think he's attempting reentry Sir" (Moonraker) - all classics. Look - while Dalton is not my favourite Bond either, he wasn't at all bad, and Licence to Kill is one of the best in the franchise. But Moore's your favourite, Amit? *Really?* Lovely guy off screen, but as Bond he was either too camp, too wooden, too old, or all three.
