New blog: England's Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) spent £15bn between 1999 and 2007. PwC found every £1 generated £4.50 in regional GVA. Then the RDAs were abolished in 2010 and the report virtually vanished. Geoff White says it's time to dig it out. 🧵
