Ich schlafe nachts besser und tiefer. Aber mir fehlt das Gegenmittel gegen Nachmittagstiefs. 😴 Die Müdigkeitstiefs sind aber nicht mehr so tief wie früher. Fazit: Einerseits, aber andererseits 🤷

Kumpel, der Elektriker ist hat mal gesagt: Kaffee ist nett, ein Brötchen/Kuchen ist der Hammer. Aber sie haben auch nicht jeden Tag Bock auf Brötchen/Kuchen. Um unordentlichsten ists bei alleinstehenden Seniorinnen.
