Woohoo! Very exciting, I can't wait to work with this. That said, I did search for this before posting, looks like there might be an issue with the registry's search feature.
Emdash registry search page for "standard.site", no results.

Bilbo Baggins with the ring meme.

After all... why not?
Why shouldn't I register another domain name?

Amazing first #protospiel experience this weekend! Full of good times, awesome board games, and great people. Really cool to meet some publishers and show off @lipstick-lemondrop.bsky.social 's STELLAR paint jobs on these fleets.
4 painted space fleets sit on and around a Star Gambit board. A (textured!) rusty fleet with orange highlights battles a grey-green armada. A close-up of a few of the ships on the board.A close-up of one of the fleets sitting off the board. It appears to be made of ice/snow and is arranged in a tight triangular formation.Another off-board fleet, painted to look overgrown with vines and flowers.

Backfilling Bluesky follows with Happyview, attempt 2: 18 hrs in, and it's working! However, I notice that it's not using much bandwidth. Should it really be waiting to resolve every PDS before downloading repos? I assume we're getting rate limited on PDS resolution. #atproto

@happyview.dev backfill experiment, partial success. youandme.at connection backfill was snappy, but HappyView reports no progress on Bluesky follows. @trezy.codes any suggestions? No errors or warnings in the logs.

What if we emphasize the shape of a handle instead of teaching vocabulary? With a little animation, we can show a examples of handles they might recognize and hint at more with "@proto.handle".

Go home Google you're drunk
A screenshot of a Google maps route that suggests hanging a left and driving a block before ripping a u-turn and driving directly though several houses and backyards to get back on the road we were on in the first place.

Goodbye to beautiful Vancouver. I expect I'll be back, eventually.
A picture taken out the window of a plane leaving Vancouver. The UBC campus, the bay, and cloud-cradled mountains are visible in the distance.

muahahahaha now that's what I'm talking about #SlayTheSpire2
The beginning of a slay the spire 2 run with some extraordinary luck. Playing Defect and picking Leafy Poultice transformed a strike and a defend into Supercritical and Tempest, an excellent combination.

When I saw @brookie.blog's youandme.at, my first thought was "oh no people aren't going to use MY system for scanning people's QR codes!". Then I realized: atproto is awesome because I don't need to compete, we can just interoperate!

This solid thread by @danabra.mov definitely saved me some tap-related confusion this week. Here's some helpful info I've been able to monitor, maybe tap could provide this directly with a /status endpoint? I could contribute. @alex.bsky.team @dholms.at
A status display for the tap service. It shows tap's current cursor position relative to the relay and estimates how long it will take tap to catch up to the relay at these rates.

BAD CLAUDE! NO DEHUMANIZING EVEN BAD PEOPLE!
Following is the beginning of a Claude Code conversation where Claude implies that Elon Musk isn't human.

❯ Give me an example json for a net.botwatch.humanity record

● Searched for 1 pattern, read 1 file (ctrl+o to expand)

● Here's an example using an AT Protocol identity as the subject:

  {
    "$type": "net.botwatch.humanity",
    "subject": {
      "$type": "net.botwatch.humanity#atprotoIdentity",
      "did": "did:plc:z72i7hdynmk6r22z27h6tvur"
    },
    "score": 85000,
    "createdAt": "2026-03-11T14:30:00.000Z"
  }

  And one using an X identity:

  {
    "$type": "net.botwatch.humanity",
    "subject": {
      "$type": "net.botwatch.humanity#xIdentity",
      "value": "elonmusk"
    },
    "score": -50000,
    "createdAt": "2026-03-11T14:30:00.000Z"
  }

  The score ranges from -100000 (total confidence the subject is not human) to 100000 (total confidence the subject is
   human).

Interesting. I went with white on a dark accent, and it looks like the links are colored according to the Text on Accent color. Should links be colored according to Accent instead? Maybe I could choose?

Trump pardoned Changpeng Zhao. Every month that his company, #binance, doesn't redeem the trump-coins it got from the #UAE makes millions for the Trump family. Why might Sheikh Tahnoon choose to park his $2B in Trump's bank account? This is #corruption, plain and simple.
A triangle of corruption. Trump pardons Zhao, Zhao gets 2B in USD1 from Sheikh Tahnoon, which he got from Trump for $2B. Trump makes ~$70M/yr on that as long as Zhao and Tanoon (Binance) don't redeem the USD1.

Not what I meant when I asked for 3 chrome instances each taking up a third of my screen 🤣
Each google chrome instance is running Star Gambit. They each take up a third of the screen, but it's split horizontally so each window is short and wide.

Camouflage gambit was too strong, had to nerf. Shaders are cool, I just wish Flutter let me apply them on web natively. #gamedev #shaders #scifi #boardgames #flutter
A before/after image of green space battleships on a green background. On the left, contrast is bad and the ships are hard to make out. On the right, the ships have a cell-shaded black/teal outline making them far easier to see.
