I've been playing Gears of War: E-Day for the last week or so. The updates to the movement and combat in general really make the game feel a lot more dynamic. A lot less 'stop-&-pop'. I'm having a good time with it.

Just did some testing of the XBOX disc-to-digital thing. Of 204 games tested, 139 worked. Ubisoft, SEGA, Square-Enix, and Namco Bandai seem to have opted out. The vast majority of M$'s catalogue doesn't work. No Fallout, no Forza. Delisted games work, though it seems to be down to the publisher.

One more time: EVERYONE will be negatively impacted if we let Sony erase physical media. Not just physical buyers. Digital will get more expensive and you will have no form of ownership anymore. Physical going away doesn't mean the rest gains something. Quite the opposite!
