Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 02/10/2026I like Breturn because it sounds like someone saying Britain sarcastically. 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 02/10/2026Looked in the mirror after my shower this morning. I can see the start of the outline of four of my abs! They're a long way from what you'd call definition, but I had never even entertained the idea that that might be a realistic goal, however well my diet and PT sessions are going. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 02/10/2026I really thought that said, and was, Sharon Stone at first. 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 02/10/2026Why is everything an app now? I am trying to get Slam Dunk festival tickets but I have to do it through their app. Worst thing is that the actual ticket queue and purchase pages are just WebView anyway. It even says that at the top to reinforce the fact that being in the app is completely arbitrary 001
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 02/10/2026If you can make the logistics work, maybe you can do both? 0120
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 01/10/2026Those guys are obviously awful but the fact they asked passers-by for help and "not one person batted an eyelid" is even more bleak. We all gotta look out for each other! 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 01/10/2026I don't have a games console, being exclusively a PC gamer. I confess, though, I am getting some major FOMO about #GTA6 Do I buy a used Series X so I can play it until the PC release, or do I just grow the fuck up and wait? 100
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 01/10/2026I just had to look up "moots" and now I feel ancient. Silver lining though, it's a fun word. 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 01/10/2026Happy #nationalpoetryday! Here's one from my favourite living poet, Mr Tim Key 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 01/10/2026Driving out of the gym yesterday I saw a woman dash behind one of those big, industrial estate, to-let signs, squat down, drop her trousers, and curl out a turd, right in the grass! I mean, I guess sometimes you get caught out but it was pretty grim. Maybe she mis-read the sign. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 30/09/2026Why do 72 hour deodorants exist? I had some pretty grody benders at uni and have done many weekend camping festivals where showering, or even a wet wipe wash was unavailable, but I still managed to apply deodorant once a day. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 30/09/2026Just be careful with them. Last time my girlfriend wore one it got ripped 😜 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 30/09/2026Is it maybe because 18th is such a landmark birthday that he wants to combine moneys to get something "big"? Obviously I don't know you, the relationship, your financial situations etc. so it's just a thought. 100

Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 28/09/2026Sitting in traffic is better for an EV. No idling, unlike an ICE car. 300 miles is over 4 hours without even stopping for a wee or a rest! But I always think of it this way: If I said "take a 20 minute break and I'll give you 60% off your petrol price" wouldn't you snap that up? 100
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 28/09/2026Just to say that modern EV battery management systems can cope fine with extreme temperatures. They have heating built into the packs and will start up automatically to keep the batteries in safe operating range when parked. 95% of new car sales in Norway are EVs. They have very cold winters. 120
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 28/09/2026"My girlfriend sent me a letter about constantly using up and not replacing the mustard". "Dijon?" "No, I don't think there's someone else" 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 28/09/2026Feel a bit down today. Might go drive my EV to the petrol station and laugh at the fuel prices. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 28/09/2026It didn't though. It's unhelpful to speculate and (pardon the pun) fuel misinformation even if you're doing it from a position of defending BEVs. Let's not start using the same grubby tactics of the oil lot. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 26/09/2026Getting some work done on my car so headed off for a walk. Amazing you can go 20 minutes from a major trunk road in this country and be here! 000

Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 25/09/2026Colleague just asked if he could schedule a meeting with me. I said "sure, my calendar is up to date". He put it in for 9am Monday morning. I mean, I know I'm free then but, come on dude! 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 24/09/2026Burnham also said "I think that legislation dates to an era where football was very different" - Yeah and what do you think was a major factor in why behaviour has improved?! 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 24/09/2026Ridiculous and inflammatory use of the word discrimination. I have been to football matches and rugby matches and the behaviour is wildly different. Rugby fans drinking already behave better than football fans who aren't. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...bbc.co.ukBurnham brands ban on football fans drinking alcohol in stands as 'discrimination'The prime minister opposes the law - in place since 1985 - and believes there is a case to remove it. 100

Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 23/09/2026He's a bellwether for what not to do. I can pretty reliably infer that whatever he is saying, the opposite is probably a good idea. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 22/09/2026Yeah it's just the effect of time and popularity. The whole meme of "The Simpsons did it" came from this. They were pretty original jokes and novel ideas but have been oft imitated since, so watching it back now gives the impression of them being obvious or tired. 020
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 22/09/2026Awkward pun and dated micro computer reference. Nothing I don't like about this. 020
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 21/09/2026This must be what it feels like to have bought Apple stock when Steve ran it in his garage. 010
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 21/09/2026I would be, except my internet speed is shite. Still no FTTP here so I average 8Mbps up. Definitely not enough to be the Plex guy. 000
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 21/09/2026It's a don't ask, don't tell arrangement though. They know what the vast majority of their customers are using it for but they're not about to bite the hand that feeds them. They put that in the agreement and give themselves plausible deniability which only stands while they don't check too closely. 020
Suddenly Tim @3shirts.co.uk · 21/09/2026I have a lifetime plex pass I got for £47. But I'm not so naïve as to believe it's MY lifetime. When the day comes, I will be switching to Jellyfin. 010
