Just had a house rattling experience that was apparently NOT an earthquake but also maybe an earthquake? Very confused 😵‍💫 If it was a low flying plane or helicopter we would have heard it and there was nothing indicating any rhythmic associated sounds for it to be a car with bass. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Trying microgeens in a sandwich. It's been a long time but I actually sorta remember liking alfalfa sprouts in wraps from the deli when I was a kid. I haven't seen sprouts at the market in quite a while but as I was shopping today I saw a local farmer's radish microgeens container. YUMMY!

Smoked turkey deli meat, tomato, homemade avocado spread, and radish micro greens. The sandwich is cut into 4 pieces. On a white and blue paper plate.

Went to the doctor today. Nothing wrong, just a check up cuz it's been a while. They were actually so nice. I saw the nurse practitioner and they were pretty chill. Better than my doc who would have made me feel weird(?) Anyways, Thor got me a crown 👑 afterwards.... Cuz we went to Burger King 🤣👍🏻

So it turns out I have HIGH medical anxiety... I haven't been to my primary care doctor's office in over a year, haven't been sick 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've gone to other check ups and testing places for lady wellness. Anyways my blood pressure is spiking because honestly I hate going to the doctor. 😵‍💫
