I have a plaster on the end of my finger and it feels like a really simple hacking tool. Suddenly I can't use my phone, my tablet, even my mouse is touch sensitive.

These are Cirrocumulus clouds. They’re very pretty. But I’m sorry cirrocumulus clouds, I will never draw you. We all want the poster-boy cumulus clouds.

Bitmap Book's Fatal Fury Ultimate History is lovely, as expected. I love seeing the behind-the-scenes sketches. And check out the barcode!

If you press Mary she says "Touch me", of course.Early concept sketches for the original Fatal FurySketches of game mechanics for Real Bout Fatal Fury, possibly used in the manual? I’ve always wondered… When the lift goes out of view, does it rotate to match the curve, or stay upright? Asking the important questions.

I think "CNT" for Closed Network Test is a brilliant acronym and whoever decided that was good deserves a raise. Anyway, the Crazy Taxi CNT was not great. I won't be buying it.

The real question is: why aren’t we all making Saturn games now? There’s apparently no money in games anyway, so might as well have some fun ;)

I've seen so many "X game with DLSS5 enabled" videos and I'm always surprised at how excited people are for it?! It genuinely looks awful on every example, it feels like proper gas lighting. Like, can't they see the AI muddy faces? Inconsistencies? Destroying the art direction? Whinge over.

I did work experience at Future Publishing at a Nintendo magazine and they had an early copy of Perfect Dark. It wasn’t even in a case like this, it was pure naked PCB goodness poking out the N64 held together with rubber bands. Every night we stayed after work to play deathmatches… good times!

Had a play of this at lunch. It's a notable improvement over the original demo, that's for sure. ...But I'd still rather play the original. Very difficult not to compare this with the Starfox 2026 remake in terms of quality.

DENSHATTACK! Such a great game I had to draw (almost) all of the characters. This is still part of the #SixFanArts callout I did the other day, I just really wanted to do something bigger for Denshattack. Emi is so cool!
Emi standing on her train, with seven of the games "bosses" who all become your friends faintly in the background.

Spent the morning trying to figure out why colour settings are off in Photoshop... let's see: - Check proof colours. Nope. - Check colour profiles. No change. - Check hardware colour profiles. Normal. - Check for any weird layers. Nope. Oh wait, Photoshop updated this morning, it's just a bug 😡😡😡

Good. I never liked saying Google it, it felt very American to give a brand name, rather than just “search”. Also this might help people move away from Google, so double positives

Its a really bizarre state you find yourself in when you work so much on commercial art that it becomes difficult to share. Because then, you stop existing, so to exist, you have to work double to make more, other art, which then doesn't represent your main career. So to solve that you have to -
