Day three of CPAP: Seeing 1.5 apneas an hour is a tad spooky. I primarily got this machine to eliminate my snoring, but three days in a row now, I've not had my normal morning grogginess. I feel a tad more energetic and able to focus better. Has this been the shackle on me all these years?
