I've been feeling much less anxious in these last 2 weeks than I have this entire year. It feels like a breath of fresh air!

The last 6+ months have been incredibly stressful and I've been trying to manage feeling burnt out and getting my zest back. Some days aren't too bad but more days than not I've had minimal capacity for anything outside of work.

ANYWAY Have some photo of typical wolfwood cos time

A photo my friend took of my myself in wolfwood cosplay laying flat on my stomach on the brick ground outside the long beach convention center. My palms are facing upward and the toes of my shoes straight and the front of my face is directly kissing the ground. A bundle of fake red geraniums have been laid on my back, and the punisher cross is propped up on its side behind where my body is lying. A group of bash cosplayers half out of frame appear to be mourning me.

I finally got the chance to watch the first two eps of Stargaze. I'm not 100% sure I like how ep 2 ended buuuut it's still very early in the season so I'm still seated. Can't wait for the dub release 👏🏼

This is so helpful! Also, I'm adding alt text.

EVERY COMMENT COUNTS: A READERS GUIDE

The Simple Note
Even a tiny note can brighten an author's day
"Loved this!"
"Omg, this made me smile."
"Thanks for writing

The Quick Highlight
Pick one thing that stuck out:
"That line about the stars was gorgeous."
"I really liked how you wrote X's dialogue."
"The pacing in this chapter kept me hooked!"

The Reader Reaction
Share how the story made you feel.
"I laughed out loud at the kitchen scene."
"That twist punched me in the gut (affectionate)."
"I'm rooting for them so hard now."

Deep Engagement
For when you've got the energy to write more.
Call out multiple details you enjoyed.
Connect it to canon or other fics you've read.
Write your commentary as you read along.

Any level of comment is valid.
You don't need to be clever and you don't need to write a lot.
You don't need to say something no one else has.
You don't need to explain why you liked it. Just saying you liked it is enough.

#vashwood #bottomwwweek day 2 💥🎸❤️‍🔥 this got away from me but. i have a disease called band aus

comic page of vashwood in a band au. first panel depicts wolfwood playing his bass while vash drags his middle finger up its front. second panel is a close shot of vash and wolfwood, exhausted, sweating, singing into the same microphone. third image is vash diving toward wolfwood, knocking him back where he's seated on an amp, kissing him and hand disappearing between his legs. in the background of the image are lineart-only vignettes of them writing music together, wolfwood watch vash sing, and vash's hand rubbing his thumb through the hair on the nape of wolfwood's neck.

Thanks to the Trigun fans in Kharkiv for having us! 💙💛 Here is some of the Trigun pixel art that inspired us (and yes, someone is working on a huge rendition of the couch panel... 🫠):

A huge Vash holding his iconic revolver over his head. He's surrounded by little hearts and pride flags.

A smaller piece of Vash and Wolfwood kissing next to a Vash making the love & peace gesture. Someone added a smaller chibi Vash licking him in appreciation.

An unfinished and huge rendition of the couch panel from Trimax in black and white surrounded by broken hearts and couch icons.

🎨 ON A WEBSITE FAR, FAR AWAY... 🖌️ Yep, the wplace.live bug got us too. We discovered a cluster of Trigun art in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and contributed a 148x240 piece (that's 35.000+ pixels!) designed by @moltenrainbow.bsky.social that took us about a week 🌌 [ #Trigun ][ #Vashwood ][ #VW ][ #WV ]

A pixel art rendition of Nightow's Vash and Wolfwood drawing in their Stampede designs. The space background is inspired by our zine branding, including the title and tagline of our zine (Final Frontier: A Vashwood Space Zine)!

A screenshot of the artwork on the map. It's surrounded by smaller Trigun pieces, pride flags and so on.

It’s sad that the discussion around pornography is always framed as “it’s potentially harmful.” It’s also potentially healthy? What did you learn about yourself, your body, your gender, your preferences, your boundaries and your self expression through the smut you consume?

i love you beginner artists. i love you even if you're trying to learn art in your 60s. sharing your art can be scary if you are new to art and learning, but don't ever let mean people stop you. your art is important and beautiful because it's yours. keep creating, now more than ever.
