Got billed by a plumber for services that never happened. Called them and they asked if I was sure no one was here. Like buddy I don’t think someone broke in and worked on my sink.

Saw Resident Evil last night. Incredibly shot. Cregger focusing on first and third person over the shoulder angles REALLY made it feel like a video game. Also using the snow as a blank canvas for lights will always look amazing. Short, action packed, and great overall.

Picked up a non working PS3 slim for $30. Figured I had the cables on hand so I took a crack at it. Got it cleaned, running, and playing games again. Also that boot count. 3700 times? This thing was powered on once a day for over ten years!

I made this meme to remind everyone that isn’t aware.

A meme I made. It’s all lies. Games bring no enjoyment. It says Games are fun to play and an elderly woman saying Wow.

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 1/70 Bugonia Stunning. Exceptional acting. Soundtrack is perfect and elevates. Not a Yorgos fan but wow. Just wonderfully shot. Every twist makes you doubt yourself and what happens next. Ending night miss for some but landed for me. Is she? No…maybe? #moviesky #filmsky

It’s $2 Tuesday at the Indiana State Fair y’all! Already had a corn dog and a funnel cake! Plus watched them do the cattle contest AND a dog jumping competition. Those dogs really loved that water.

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 2/70 The Long Walk Incredibly grounded and real. Intrapersonal dialogue is great. Kids trying to keep busy. Even the rude ones are relatable. No lore dump. This is the world. Mile markers in disrepair and run down towns. Ending was sooo close to great. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 3/70 One Battle After Another A complex epic that never feels confused. Audio and visual composition really does a lot here. Excellent shots and music. Great performances. One story piece to the next. Flows very well with memorable characters. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 4/70 Weapons Told and laid out as a horrific fairy tale. Brilliant drama about people. Excellent character work. Very tense. Genuinely creepy. Great use of shadows and holding shots to build dread. Layers in shots and structure. Ending of the year. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 5/70 Bring Her Back Gonna need a shower afterwards. Truly horrific movie physically, mentally, and emotionally. It scars multiple layers. Aussie Horror Rule. Teen cast; adults bad. Parts frustrated me but a solid one. Hard to watch. No reception? #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 6/70 It Ends Four characters in search of an exit. Micro budget that nails it by knowing what it can do. Mystery drives it but this is a character piece. Don’t expect scares. Just dread. When I realized what the movie was saying I just sat there, damn. #moviesky #filmsky

What a 24 hours. Went and saw Weird Al and Puddles Pity Party with Alli. Then the next morning hospitalized for a kidney stone. Doing better now so no one worries. Just a very strange day.

The banner for Wired Al’s tour. It’s him as a giant smashing buildings.

Weird Al singing as he walked through the building.

Went to see a doctor about a swollen ankle after a bike ramp crash. Doctor told me my immense weight was causing blood vessels to explode from the pressure. That my feet would be filled with blood and my organs will start failing. I just walked out without paying.

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 8/70 Sinners From Dusk Till Delta Great environmental storytelling/cinematography. Prehorror parts are best. Excellent cast. Historical nods work on many levels like the Irish. Parts are a bit on the nose but not bad. Last third is weaker but slightly. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 9/70 The Monkey True dark comedy. Some hilarious moments mixed up with horror. Some solid laughs. The plot in an insane, strange fever dream. Accept and embrace the nonsense. Parts run a bit long. As a whole the bizarre package feels right. Drum solo. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 11/70 Keeper An uncomfortable mystery. Creepy and slow. The cabin’s audio plays into this with its creaks. Little too much explanation. Mystery would add a lot. No excellent aspect but everything is a B to me. Solid movie. Maybe ranked a touch high. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 12/70 Warfare Realtime war film that read more horror than action. Footsteps on a roof then absolute silence was tense knowing what was coming. Audio is loud and bombastic. Bare bones as possible in story. Visuals are gritty. Show of force coming. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 14/70 Sovereign A character drama about trauma and indoctrination. I know but this one is different. Nick Offerman nails the sovereign citizen. It’s a slow burn but the burn is the point. Good finale though. Great all around. Direction, sound, etc. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 15/70 The Naked Gun Feels like a modern Zucker Bros movie. Keep throwing jokes and see what lands. Just a pure comedy but might not be your type. Leans toward silly more than classy. Neeson is a perfect fit. The cabin sequence is phenomenal. #moviesky #filmsky

We had a hard rain and like 15 mins of wind that wiped out some yards. Launched a trampoline from three houses down, smashed a few windows, knocked over a fence too. Got glass all over the yard that I’ll need to vacuum. Just came out of nowhere.

Smashed up trampoline next to a broken window and knocked over fence. Smashed glass is in the yard.

Tipped grill and smoke in the grass. Chair launder arose the yard standing up.

Been kicking around an idea. I don't talk about my childhood much and wanted to write a story from Junior year (Summer '02 - Summer '03). Stole a car, woke up by a guy with a gun more than once, parties, pretty much neighborhood kids raising themselves. I love writing. Might be cathartic.

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 16/70 Fantastic Four Finally. A good F4 movie. Every family interaction is a highlight. Love the 50s world. Wish we saw more of it. Galactus felt like a threat but fluctuated too much. The end especially. Overall great when it didn’t do stock MCU. #moviesky #filmsky

Top 70 #movies of 2025: 18/70 Caught Stealing Low expectations soundly beaten. Excellent small scale crime film. Set in the 90s. No idea til I saw the WTC. That was surprising. Maybe too many 90s references? Characters were developed and felt natural. Pretty dark and quick. #moviesky #filmsky
