you could technically use whatever chicken you want but I had a garlic rotisserie chicken I shredded and threw in. parsley or cilantro would probably fuck with this. you can also add other veggies, or saute some onion and garlic in olive oil before hand to start the pot, I was just lazy guying it.

simmer for 20 minutes. Taste, add seasonings as needed. Add another carton of chicken broth, two 15 oz cans of cannellini beans (white kidney beans) (drained and rinsed), one 15 oz can of corn. cook for another 20 minutes, bring to a boil. shred kale (2 cups ish) with your hands.

32 oz salt free chicken broth. add coriander seed powder, garlic powder (more than that), onion powder, generous amount of black pepper, 1/4 tsp (or more!) of smoked paprika, a dash of red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp of cumin, generous amount of salt.

i'll say they're not great in loud environments, if i'm listening to a podcast i have to wear ear buds (which. defeats the purpose) but music I can hear pretty okay even on the floor, and at home or walking in the yard it's just like regular headphones. I have taken phone calls on them as well
