The 25th Amendment covers presidential fitness. Scholars have proposed a similar process for Congress. No such mechanism exists for Cabinet secretaries or agency heads like the FBI director. That gap needs a constitutional fix covering everyone entrusted with real power, not just the presidency.

You need to start the party at local levels. You can't start it at the top. With no foundation it falls. With nothing backing it, it has no power. Yes, the Democratic Party needs replacing. It is a weak, toothless coalition. AOC, Jasmine, Pete... these people need to help create something new.
