Your writing even on the behind the scenes stuff is so thought provoking. I feel like you're always writing ultimately about what it means to be human and all the pain, heartbreak, joy, and everything else that goes along with that. You will always be such an inspiration to me.

A great peak behind the scenes and the timing on my reading this now is perfect as I just finished a re-re-reread of The Child Within yesterday. You are the quintessential Spider-Man author.

I wouldn’t change a thing. Although now I want to read all the unfinished versions of this story.

Kraven's Last Hunt is, IMO, a work of genius... and like most other works of genius, it's fascinating to hear how much happenstance (or destiny in the guise thereof) nudged it around before it came fully into being.

Dear sir, The story still lives in the imagination of all those who have read it. Kraven's Last Hunt is my favorite Spider-Man story. It was fascinating to read about the journey the story took through your eyes. Thank you J.M.!

I remember that year, as my friends and I bought every issue religiously. One friend was really great at replicating the artwork. It (among other things) inspired me to make my own comics. And I'm still at it. Thank you for that.

Just a couple more rejections away from “What if Galactus died, and Aunt May had to replace him?”. Loved the story, so atmospheric, never thought I would be frigging terrified by Vermin.
