There's no nice way to put this, so I'm not going to try. EVERYONE who stayed in the J.K. Rowling business AFTER she encouraged people to stalk and photograph women in toilets without their consent - and repeatedly doubled down when challenged - is enabling abusers.

I wish people focussed on *what people are not allowed to do in bathrooms*, not who's in there. You're ALREADY not allowed to assault people, or be a voyeur, or kidnap children, etc. Laws already exist, to protect everyone from everyone. Assuming trans people are an automatic threat is pathetic.

💯agreement with every word - and as many people keep pointing out to transmisogynists like Rowling, it would be nice if they stopped harassing trans women - and cis women who serve too much butch realness for their liking -and turned their attention to predatory and abusive cis men doing real crime.
