Ours specified in the lease not to put *any* kind of nails or screws in the wall, but I'm convinced they wouldn't even know which were from the prior tenant, and it's not like they gave enough of a damn to patch those anyway. 170

And failing that? White toothpaste in the holes just before final walk-through. They give us the Landlord Special and they can get the Tenant Special right back. 110
