I had an email the other day. It was one of the nice ones, from a reader who had found a copy of Why Do Birds Suddenly Disappear in an Oxfam shop, bought it, read it, enjoyed it.
It was a signed copy, dedicated to [redacted] & [redacted].
[redacted] and [redacted] are longstanding friends of mine.
