I'm late to this, but I finally upgraded to macOS Tahoe last night, and... Liquid Glass is just bad.
Frosted glass backgrounds were already borderline but with enough blur + opacity they can be ok, but liquid glass is gratuitous and distracting for no reason. And I have it on the "tinted" setting.
