But based on my professoring gig since then, I'll note that there's a wide disparity in gender ratio in college CS programs, with the best ones near gender parity. Maybe talk to some recent alums from places like MIT or Harvey Mudd for advice? 110

They're underrepresented there, but it's better than the commercial world in my experience. (Probably a holdover from when we had at least lip service to equal opportunity) 110
