Las Vegas too. I heard cars come before pedestrians there. Then one day, when I went there, I walked in front of a car in a parking lot (like not dangerously, just typical like anywhere else) and sure enough it was true: I got honked at with waving hands and the car creeping at me as a threat! Weird
