Hmmmm it's some every year. There used to be some at the corner of Bank and Mcleod and Bank and Nepean. Both sets have disappeared in the past year. Every year it's one or two until you go blocks without finding any. In many cases (like near the LCBO) it's to discourage loitering 😞
