Yesterday I received a letter summarising my last haematology clinic appointment. The Heidi AI scribe appears to have hallucinated a reference to gout, which I neither have, nor mentioned. I've emailed the DHB data quality team asking for a correction. Won't be consenting to Heidi's use in future.
