The “ritual” that took place at the board was what was powerful and important. Importantly *ritual* is participative, regular, and peer-to-peer human-to-human trust building. It’s *not the same* as a ceremony. (Slide by @johncutle.fish from his keynote with @settling-mud.bsky.social)
