This is quite certainly not what is going on.
We know from EU elections voters flow analyses that the Greens are the major party that lost the least voters to the BSW, and it's likely not those voters who are returning now.
@mattsteinglass.bsky.socialIt sure looks as though what happened over last year is that the Greens lost a chunk of left-wing voters to Sara Wagenknecht, and they have now returned.
