The year I moved to Hemet, CA and during the coldest hour of the year (28°F) my wife rolled up to Walmart in a tanktop, shorts, and flipflops... We moved from Michigan. When someone confronted her she said, "Where I am from this is like a beach weather heat wave this time of year."
