Happy #Parkrunday a cool wind today, 🚌 the park.I’m happy with that, mileage upped this week & working on my attitude to hills.⛰️ Cheered/chased up the finish hill by a runner whose voice I didn’t recognise.Coming in amongst some of those I aim to emmulate made today a success for me.💪 #RebelliousHope
