Wait what? I used to buy that brand, then they were acquired and discontinued and now they are relaunching but closing factories? Also the company is called maple leaf but their factories are apparently all in the US?

The plant protein production is being consolidated into one US location (it seems there were multiple manufacturing locations for it mostly in the US). All fresh meat kill, processed meat production, hatcheries, etc. still in Canada.
