Ste Jormur @stejormur.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Interestingly none outside England, nor any I could find in major cities like Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle or Sheffield. (Outside the UK, there were two Texas Fried Chickens in Dublin) 8360 36
Jameson Tucker @jwdtucker.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Birmingham has Toronto Crispy, a baffling variation. 010 1
Dan Coyote @dantecoyote.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Just looking in Sheffield. The one I knew about was Southern Fried Chicken, but there is apparently also a HFC (nothing indicating what the H represents though I doubt it's Hawaii), similarly no clues to why KK Fried Chicken made that questionable decision 👀. 220 2
Kevin Marks @kevinmarks.com · 15/06/2026Sheffield is more likely to have Korean fried chicken than American styles. Middlesbrough has its own chain in Manjaros. 010 1
Ste Jormur @stejormur.bsky.social · 15/06/2026(there are of course also around 1000 Kentucky Fried Chickens and around 100 Popeyes Louisiana Fried Chickens, although no independent Louisiana Fried Chickens) 2200 20
Paul Carroll @paulcarroll15.bsky.social · 16/06/2026There used to be a Tennesse* Fried Chicken in Crumlin in Dublin. *yes, that's the spelling they went with. 000 0
