I don't think companies realize this yet but going "complete AI game development" isn't giving "the future" it's giving "we're broke." Like y'all just don't want to pay wages.

I'm not even sure "we're broke" is the reason. If it was supposed to come out next March it could be they realized there was going to be a delay, threw a fit and fired all the devs. Or were so toxic and pushed the schedule so much most of the devs quit.

It’s super demoralizing to work for them. laid off, even with severance, sucks but fighting the bad robots all day (and waiting for more layoffs) might be worse.

Not to mention that this constantly states, if any of it even works or ships, "we will only make the most average games that present literally nothing new because it's all just muddy rehashed stolen work", and that's why companies want AI so bad.. infinite remakes and remasters.
