But thank you for acknowledging that Melvin Carter closed multiple encampments, too, leading to the nightmares at Pig’s Eye. This seems to be missing from a lot of the vitriol passing as dialogue. One key difference is that Carter only gave 72 hours notice and did it in January.

Yeah I believe closing encampments is largely bad. Evidence shows it doesn't work for public safety, public health, or, frankly, public decency for the people who are simply trying to live their lives in these miserable times.
