The US supreme court is politically appointed and shouldn't be. The supreme court essentially said the US presidential powers are sweeping. The US citizens voted for Trump and now will have to use the constitution to rein in excesses. Trump can't be re elected and so maybe he had that in mind.

Without some sort of confrontation I don’t see how America can have another free election, and the Trump administration have to stay in power otherwise they’ll end up in jail given the illegal activities they’ve committed
