I think I said a while back that in my non-expert opinion Trump wants to lose the midterms.
What does he care about legislation? That’s over. Judges? He did his thing, he’s satisfied.
But a Dem Congress? That gives him a foil he can spar with for 2 years. Thats what he enjoys.
