It was a very hard decision for both Gary and I to cancel all our GDC bookings.
The opportunity costs are immeasurable – for Gary, new trailer clients; For me, the possibility of my studio surviving for another year. But the cost to our peace of mind is even higher.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but between reduced air safety, increased border control detainments, and escalating tensions between the US and Canada, travelling to the US for a games conference (especially from Canada) doesn't seem worth it.
