Yes, single sex provision when sex matters is perfectly legal. The Supreme Court judgement confirms it has always been perfectly legal. If trans people want third spaces they must campaign for that. Not for the 'inclusion' of males in services, provisions & sports for female people when sex matters.

Quick questions Cathy: Right now, in 2025, most places don't have unisex facilities, and for obvious reasons cannot simply extend their premises to add them. So 1) will you support the conversion of single sex spaces to unisex and 2) where do you propose trans people go in the mean time?

But isn't the 'third space' concept a way of denying that trans people exist as anything other than that which is determined by their biological sex i.e. that trans women cannot be women, they will always be men?

Why would they campaign for 'third spaces' if services continue to allow them to use spaces intended for their assumed gender, which is perfectly lawful?
