When I moved last summer I followed my new #yqrcc councillor on social media. Glad I did! It affirmed my first impression of George Tsiklis as a feckless man who seems uninterested in anything but glad handling the public! He posted more this month about Easter and Artemis II than city business! George Tsiklis won’t respond to questions or comments on one of the most consequential, existential agenda items of his #yqrcc term, even though he has a planned public meet and greet event before the vote! He’s also assisting with petitions for both sides of the deal. What bold leadership! He posted this morning about his AI “research” on the #yqrcc Brandt deal. Why would an elected official rely on a two second prompt when they have an entire administration at their disposal? Is it laziness, apathy, distrust, or a combination thereof?
