When a high velocity projectile penetrates,it causes cavitation wounds the size of an orange.A graze wound to the ear would cause; tinnitus, barotrauma of the TM & decreased hearing acuity. Initially, the DOJ would not verify it was a GSW, then after pressure they said they wouldn’t dispute it.
