I don't post much (any) sportsball stuff, but am tickled by what's bouncing into my feeds from internationals here for the World Cup, who are A. probably visiting for the 1st time, and B. experiencing such random parts of the USA that most of us living here probably (definitely) take for granted.

As is tradition, my bday ushered in bad weather. We made it thru the ice storm ok but, during a brief above-freezing period yesterday, discovered our roof has a leak.
