🔥 UPDATE: The Borisoglebsk fire now has a target list. The base in Voronezh Oblast holds warehouses for guided aerial bombs. There are parking areas for Su-34 and Su-35 aircraft. Aviation fuel storage sits there too. It lies inside the burning perimeter.

Sternenko has reported that he's being told about further reduction in maximum speeds for drones equipped with Starlinks. First, they were restricted to 160km/h and now he is reporting restrictions of 60-70 km/h
