Went to the newsagency for Retro Gamer as My Zevious Seven gets a mention in the August issue. That copy wasn't in stock yet, but to my surprise, there's a good #ZX81 write-up in the May 2026 issue with a ton on old and new 81 games and yay, Tut-Tut and Minos Knossos get a good write-up!

If there was one thing I couldn't stand about Xevious (well the c64 version at least) it was the music. Bleepybleepy. Tinkle tinkle. Well that problem has well and truly been solved. On a more serious note, I can't honestly believe how well this runs. Phenomenal.

#ZX81 Game development for Orphion Seven (or Zevious or ZXevious): Got the First Level finalised and 4 to 6 to go depending on space. Added some gun overheating, and a few bug fixes. The itself seems to pay really well after the bug fixes (I can't stop playing at least).
