Inspired by @oppen's soup posting, I made a very nutritious stew yesterday. Lentil, potato, spinach, spirulina, turmeric, ginger, chilli. Heel of a homemade sourdough got chopped up and sprinkled on top.

Thanks! The scratches are localised and shallow so I'm hoping to just sand and paint. It looks like there's already primer where it's been scratched, it's not gone down to the metal (which I think is aluminium)
