Are we lacking fighters in the team? Would you prefer the players to react to our current form and results with a bit more anger rather than the disappointment and panic?

If we don’t win either of our next two league matches, calls for the manager to be sacked will grow louder, is the new manager bounce worth it or would you prefer a more patient approach and/or changes in another departments?

What do you think is the main reason (or at least the main factors) behind our slow starts, a problem we’ve been facing for years under two different coaches?

Renée said she expects those staying on (and the new signings) to take on some of the qualities we’ll be losing with the departures. Who do you think will step into the role of "passion merchants" for us next season? Any concerns that we might be short on loud characters?

Now that Codina and McCabe have departed, is signing a centre-back a must, or are we hoping that Reid will be ready to play regularly next season? Is eight defenders the ‘ideal’ number, or would you prefer at least one more?

On paper, do we lack a bit of quality in attack, compared to the best teams? Is there any chance we’ll go big in this area? Our rumoured transfers are more of the ‘win now’ variety, if we’re also looking for a winger, should we be targeting players in the same category or more for the future?

As someone who only started watching women's football a few years ago, I only know Kim from her current role. How has her game changed over the years, and who could the younger Kim be compared to in terms of playing style and role? Has she always been this good, or has she improved with age?

In general, how important do you think personality, mentality and leadership qualities are when recruiting for our team in the summer, or should some of our current players take on these roles?

💤 @zolc99.bsky.social · 02/02/2026
I think we have a strong leadership group, but after McCabe's departure, should we recruit someone similarly passionate? I feel like when she hits the right note with her intensity and passion, it has a positive effect on the rest of the team and motivates everyone else to give their all.

Preempting the contractual excuses about Arsenal's conduct. If player contracts stipulate they may continue playing while under investigation for rape, then football has an institutional problem with how it regards sexual violence. Change it.
