Sometimes I just think about how Nintendo released this very silly official suggestion as a way to play Splatoon on Wii U with gyro for a second player

A Wii U Pro Controller and Wii Remote Plus strapped together, such that the Wii Remove is vertical and underneath the center of the Pro Controller

As a colorblind person, the Fox HUD to show the bases is basically unreadable to me. I guess they're different colors? But the contrast is almost nonexistent for me.

Fox baseball score bug, showing the current score, inning, batter, and a 3D representation of the bases showing which bases are currently occupied. Some bases are occupied but I can't tell which.

I'm reminded of this clip from the great @theabigailthorn.bsky.social, from her fantastic video about problems with the UK's trans healthcare. "gender dysphoria" is, for medical and legal purposes, just "the thing trans people have". No cis person has ever received a gender dysphoria diagnosis.
