After some #work and tests. #Flockoff, my bird game is getting a #visual upgrade. and #mobile support. The #webgame is also getting this upgrade soon. There is still work to be done and it is going to be on #playstore #soon! #mobilegamedev #gamedev #webgamedev #indiegamedev #indiedev

Well, after a lot of test #unity wins the #FlockOff! port on #webgame and #mobilegame. #Godot is good, but for the #3Dgame, it requires a lot more things to #optimize. #Gamedev #indiegamedev #indiedev #mobilegamedev

well, after some tests, #Unity is actually way better than #Godot for #mobilegames. I was able to have more stuff on screen in Unity than Godot and still run smoothly. I will be porting FlockOff to Unity... I guess #gamedev #indiegamedev #mobilegamedev

It is quite sad (or reassuring depending on how you see it) to say that #UnityEngine wins on the #3D #mobilegame. I'm #Godot is not far, but not there yet... will port FlockOff in Unity and see #gamedev #mobilegamedev #indiegamedev

I'm trying to port my #game Flock off!made in #Godot from web to #android. The #performance is quite a challenge to get right. I've been looking around and I'm not the only one... Thinking m #mobilegamedev #gamedev #indiegamedev

Currently #porting FlockOff! to #mobilegame. that is a whole different work. #UI/#UX needs to be different and size accordingly, #Onscreen controls are quite hard to figure out. #Indiegamedev #Indiegame #mobilegame #mobilegamedev #Godot #godotengine

When making you #game how many times have you re-designed the #game #genre? going from #platformer to #FPS, #Cozygames to #Beatemup! #gamedev #indiedev #indiegamedev

One thing I've been trying to do, is exporting #animations from #Unity to @godotengine.org . Found #unidot by v-sekai that exports animations really nicely. However, using @blender.org scripts to automate a good #retarget via #autorigpro was a pain, but SO rewarding! #Indiedev #gamedev #indiegamedev

Is anyone using @unity.com on #Linux? If so, what distro are you on and what DE do you use. I've been using @linuxmint.bsky.social But been having some crashes of the editor, i've switched to #Godot for the current project. But I'm #curious to know... #gamedev #indiedev #indiegamedev #FOSS #unity

Does anyone know a good extensive #animation #library for #godot? I know @feles-machina.bsky.social has a very good one, but I'm looking for more (other than #mixamo and @quaternius.bsky.social which are just amazing) #godotdev #indiedev #gamedev

Almost a year ago, I wanted to try #unity. @codemonkeyunity.bsky.social 's kitchen Chaos #tutorial helped so much. Highly #recommend. But the engine itself was too slow for me. So back to @godotengine.org , with the clean code concepts #remade the #game in Godot! #indiegamedev #indiedev #gamedev

#Marketing can be really intimidating. Especially that your #game is dear to you, sharing can be scary. How do you guys handle this? I'm really interested, because I wanted to dip my toes in it for a #SteamGame I'm working on. #indiedev #indiegamedev #gamedev

Flock off! something I was working on is now on @itch.io #game made in @godotengine.org to learn about #gamejuice and a bit of #UIDesign (Spoiler it's #crappy) Feedback is most welcomed. I want to continue this game (probably on #mobile) #Gamedev #Godotgamedev zivivi32.itch.io/flock-off

How about a small #arcade #coincollecting #game. A small #Godot game to break the #GameJam curse. Rules simple: Collect coins as much as you can before the cats and dogs catch you. #Game will soon be on @itch.io #gamedev #godotgamedev #godotengine
