They’re calling for the devs to do something about the bots but you know what. Why would the devs care about the bots. If the prices are inflated then it incentivizes players to spend real money on the game……. it goes all the way to the top..

Trying to escape the enshittification of the real world by playing MMOs. Then realizing that there is a botting issue that is causing bots to monopolize the in game market, driving prices up. Shaking my head. They have enshittification in a fantasy world too..

Stretches, especially putting your hand forward wrist up and then down and using your other hand to bend it.. yoga that targets upper shoulders too. I’d invest in something like a pull up bar or exercise band if you can? Do you have a standing desk?

Tbh I have very rarely found talk therapy or cbt helpful, because I’m like yes yes. I know what I feel and I know the terms and process of cbt but I cannot get past the feeling. It’s not me needing to get my words out, it’s the feeling/trauma that’s stuck inside and won’t budge!

If I charge hourly it doesn’t make sense imo (for me, personally) since the amount of hours it takes for me to complete something is wildly dependent, and I’m perfectionistic, and I have to do additional math. Flat fee and call it a day.. go to sleep..

Because they have you trapped in their net! The switching cost is normally too much to quit, or to migrate platforms (unless theres a gigantic migration eg. mass exodus to bluesky a while back, but even that can only do so much)

There’s some segments on it about what happened to Twitter post-Musk acquisition and what happened to Adobe after they killed physical products and implemented Creative Cloud, I think ppl who havent migrated out of the Adobe system would find eye-opening. These companies know they can enshittify

Got this book a while back - “Enshittification” - but finally am taking the time to read it and am halfway thru… its very good… would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to understand why things online are getting worse, and it’ll make you very very angry 😔 it really pulls all the curtains back
