This art was created 12 years ago. At that time, I was considering a career change, and this artwork is filled with a lot of very painful memories. Now they are good memories.

The prog rock band Papadosio reached out to me years ago to make some pixel art covers for their album Microdosio. It was lovely getting to animate these scenes for them. My favourite detail was adding the little ants climbing up and down the tree on the Lion's Mane one.
This art was painted over 10 years ago. At the time, I was in the consumer gaming industry and was extremely demanding and busy every day.
...I am glad I changed jobs.
