Finally got all my GDQ submissions together! This took a lot longer then usual cause I put a lot of effort into getting these together along with some good incentives!

Man. Why cant we have one nice thing in our niche little hobby? 🥲

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Personally, I dont see a problem with it. Its abiding by all the rules of the category! I know for Aoe Quest we have any% and All Chapters and I've used my All Chapters run for my any% submission too cause I've never done an actual "Any%" run lol

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Goodbye money. I had to get it LOL

Update on nationals! I had a VERY rough day, I ended with a record of 3-5. Same as last year. I wish i had done better, had some really bad luck and This was a tough year with some of the best crew of players. We'll get em next year ❤️

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Not great! I ended the day at 3-5. Very rough day of cards but I had fun regardless!

WOO. Goal time achieved in Stranger of Paradise! This was a very solid run

1140

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

I had one of the most miserable RNG runs tonight I've ever experienced in FF6 tonight and I still almost PBed by 5 minutes. 😆

Ayyy. I just finished it recently too. Such a good game

030

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

I changed these settings through the nvidia app so PC only. The fastest version nowadays is the PC version specifically for Windows, not the steam version lol

020

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

I have since learned it is slower in cutscenes though so probably only more useful in ff 1-3 maybe 4 lol. 5 and 6 have too many damn cutscenes lol

070

Zic @zic3.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

So uh. I learned some secret lore today that apparently running speed in the Pixel Remaster is faster if you cap your framerate to 59 FPS and turn VSync off. Always something new with this game.

Played Ice/Wind crystals today in the Florida Materia Cup. Ended at 32nd place and won this sweet deck box and promos. Not sure if the deck is for me but it was fun to try!

There is so much to unpack here but my god what a dogshit unenforceable suggestion. "Embarassing" and "Mediocre" are only good words to describe this suggestion lmao 😆

Last night on stream we made a tier list of all the retro achievement masteries I've done so far. Gonna keep adding to the list as we do more on stream!

Thank you! It was a wild run LOL

This run did not feel like it deserved to PB. The game fought me at every turn. It even crashed at one point 😆
