You could also try importing to the web version and see if it works better. There should an "import game" button in "how to play" on the web version. Let me know if either of those work? And thank you for playing, regardless!

sorry you're having trouble! The steam version's importer might be a little under-tested, whoops! I think it should work if you do Game Options > Start Over, then click the purple "Start game" button, and then import?

60% drop in reviews if people even smell AI on your game - full supports the investors, developers, and publishers that took a hard "no gen-AI" stance, despite grifters' proclamations that they were "going to be left behind".

ahh sorry i missed this until now! If you're still stuck, the hint I would give is to try tapping the alien words and pasting them into COMM to send to the Leviathan. That might get it to say something different, or give you more detail? Paste is the little clipboard button by the field in COMM.

I made a free mystery puzzle game! If you liked text mysteries like Roottrees are Dead, or Golden Idol or Obra Dinn, you might enjoy it? It works in your browser, best on a computer or tablet. Its about 4 hours, mostly reading text. Please let me know if you like it! intelligencegame.tech

Remember that old mahjong tile matching game? I made a version that's free, works in browser, no ads, no analytics. It's just a game: zerotrickpony.com/pairs
