my psych prescriber and i also discussed and decided that we are also tapering off my prescribed klonopin dose, taking a year or more to do so. this week i am going down from 3mg/day to 2.5mg/day.

i'm young to experience this level of brain fog. i am recently 34 years old (as of july 18 2026) + i don't know what's going wrong with me, why i have phantom pain in my teeth near my jaw, or why i'm very confused, it's bad. maybe i did this to myself during an attempt, they never checked for damage

i said to the outreach worker transporting me there and back that i had got a medical treatment recently. she told me yes, i was the one who went with you 2 weeks ago. and i keep forgetting things mid-sentence plus i spill liquids while drinking etc. not gonna lie, my cognitive decline is scaring me

so the good news is my dentist said i haven't got any cavities or problems with my teeth whatsoever the bad news is that he told me that means my tooth pain could be neurological if it is not sinus related
