anyways fun fact: any insult hurled towards Ada's age is also by proxy an insult to Damara's (which is why he is also offended in the drawing lol) because they were born the same year

I can understand that the local art market here for most artists and OC-havers aren't really interested in characters that are middle-aged or old, let alone not very anime-styled.. but some of the reasonings on those sheets got very ridiculous lmfao

I didn't say it here but the context for these was I was looking at commission sheets to get nice art of my hags but so very many of them had "old people" or "elderly" in their "WON'T DRAW" criteria, which made me nearly give up trying to search at all 🙈

he's been putting down beginner artists since the yt commentary era and just got better at video editing and making (boring) video essays, it doesn't make him sound any more intelligent when he makes a dumb point

that's first I'm hearing of that omg?? I'm sure there is hokben nostalgia before the 2010s corpo minimalist look where the mascots were red and blue. AND not to mention the "happy meal" equivalent for the restaurant.. there is so much someone could just research. I want my tori popcorn back bro..

Make stuff. For the love of all that there is, please just keep making stuff! Doesn't matter if it's bad, good etc. Just *keep* making stuff.

I think some people might assume that when I draw my hags I'm trying to project or something, but that simply isn't true. I'm not even in the cuck chair. I'm observing them like the truman show.

Heya! My stuff will soon no longer be on Spotify, as their mgmt uses large cuts of my streaming revenue for investing in military actions, as well as letting genAI garbage taking over the platform. Gonna be following their year-long lead. www.thefader.com/2025/07/29/a...
